• In case of any shipment has lost during transit, Greeniecan India is not liable to pay the refund* in any manner.

*Shipping provider compensate the lost parcel refund which is capped at INR 5000 irrespective of the order value and the freight charges for the same shipment. This may take at least 20 working days
